Returns & Exchanges

At Viva La Bonita, we want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
